Playing the ukulele with colors and joy

Every week, an American mother comes to ukulele lessons with her daughter. I am very grateful for the encounter and the opportunity to teach in English. I constantly notice that younger children, who are not yet able to read, like to associate chords with colors. So, we make use of that a lot in our lessons. They choose the colors and associate more quickly because it’s their choice. My philosophy for the lessons: your choice, your pace, your song.
